Introduction

Meet me in 60 seconds

A quick hello and a look at how I can support your executive and operations work.

About

Calm, precise support that keeps everything running.

I'm an executive assistant and operations support professional who thrives on being the dependable point of contact — the person who turns scattered moving parts into smooth, on-time outcomes.

My background spans executive support for CEOs and remote teams, fraud & claims operations at an enterprise bank, and front-line, multi-channel customer care for global travel and telecom brands. That mix means I'm equally comfortable owning a calendar and a confidential contract, working a defined SOP, or de-escalating a complex customer case.

I work fast and accurately, document everything, and escalate the right things at the right time.

Case study · Problem solving

A problem nobody asked me to solve.

Executive support isn’t only about executing what’s assigned. Here’s a two-and-a-half minute walkthrough of how one passing remark in a one-on-one turned into roughly €600 recovered for the CEO I supported.

Caught it in passing

During a one-on-one, the New York–based CEO I supported mentioned offhand that one of his American Airlines flights in Europe had been significantly delayed, and that a staff member had told him he might be eligible for compensation. Nobody asked me to act on it.

02

Researched the actual criteria

I looked up American Airlines’ published guidance on European flight-delay compensation and pulled the specific eligibility thresholds — flight distance and length of delay — then measured his itinerary against them. It qualified.

03

Verified against a second source

Rather than rely on one page, I cross-checked the finding against the European Union’s official guidance on air passenger rights under EU Regulation 261/2004 — a second, authoritative source of truth before anything went out.

04

Built the claim and filed it

I compiled the flight details, supporting screenshots, and source links into a single documented submission and lodged the inquiry with the airline on the CEO’s behalf.

05

Followed through to resolution

The claim took several rounds of back-and-forth. I kept following up until it closed — roughly €600 in compensation secured for him.

That’s the pattern: pay attention to what’s said casually, find where I can add value, verify before acting, document the evidence, and follow through until there’s a resolution. Not just an answer — an outcome.

One situation I’m proud of was when I was supporting a New York-based CEO. During one of our one-on-one meetings, he casually mentioned that one of his international American Airlines flights in Europe had been significantly delayed, and that an airline staff member told him he might be eligible for compensation.

I wasn’t directly instructed to handle it, but I took the initiative to research it. I searched American Airlines’ information on European flight-delay compensation and found the specific eligibility criteria, including the flight distance and length of the delay. I then reviewed the CEO’s flight details against those requirements and determined that his flight appeared to qualify.

To make sure I wasn’t relying on just one source, I also checked the European Union’s official legal information on passenger rights under EU Regulation 261/2004 as a second source of truth.

Once I confirmed the eligibility, I compiled the flight details, supporting screenshots, and source links, then submitted an inquiry to American Airlines on the CEO’s behalf. There was some back and forth involved, but I continued following up until the claim was resolved. In the end, I was able to secure roughly €600 in compensation for him.

For me, this is a good example of how I approach executive support. I pay attention even to things mentioned casually, identify where I can add value, verify information using reliable sources, and take ownership without always needing a direct instruction. I don’t just find an answer. I gather the evidence, document it clearly, and follow through until there is a resolution.
